Un terroir chargé d'histoire ... ou plutôt de préhistoire
Ce n'est pas par hasard que le silex a été choisi pour le logo des Vignerons Tautavel Vingrau. Dans la vallée, on trouve plusieurs campements préhistoriques au milieu des vignes.
Il m'arrive de trouver régulièrement des silex en travaillant.
Yves and Sophie, our growers of the month often find flints dating back to the stone age in their vineyards. Amazing! No wonder that the cooperative used this symbol for their logo. The photos show some of the flints found by Yves in his vineyard.
